Loads are registered in 21 companies.
The base is upgraded for cable connections.
You also need a file to work:
railway_cargo_pack_by_Jazzycat_v1.8.4_eng.scs – for the english version
or
railway_cargo_pack_by_Jazzycat_v1.8.4_rus.scs for rus version.
These files are in the package archive for ETS2.
