Real World Car Colors mod for ATS.
This is a small mod that changes the colors of the static parked vehicles around the map to be more realistic.
As Realistic As Possible
The colors of the static parked cars on the map are defined by several small image files. This mod modifies those files so that the colors used closely match colors found in the real world. This is mostly whites, grays, blacks, silvers, with a handful of metallic hues and bright colors (blues, reds) thrown in. Rarer are more interesting colors.
This mod was made by repeatedly comparing the vehicles used to their real-life counterparts and then adjusting as needed. Because different vehicles are assigned to the same color map, I tried to find colors that all vehicles using that map were painted in.
Specifically, it gets rid of that horrible green Dodge Magnum. That green Magnum was the reason I made this mod. It doesn’t exist IRL and it drove me crazy every time I saw it. In this mod, the Magnums still exist, but now they are always in colors that Dodge actually painted them
Compatibility
Because the mod currently replaces only texture files, it should be compatible with most other mods. If another mod alters vehicle colors, this mod should be placed higher in the load order so that this alters the parked vehicles colors.
It will not affect vehicle mods that add new traffic cars (or any vehicles that move). This is only for the static parked vehicles found “in the background” of the world.
Suggestions for alterations are welcome.

Updates:
The mod is updated periodically. New ads are added and older artwork is replaced over time. Billboards seen most often on common routes are updated first.
Known Limitations:
SCS-managed billboards (official ad campaigns and DLC state promotions) are not changed yet.
The ultrawide Nevada "bulletin" billboards are not changed yet because they need model file edits.
Compatibility:
The mod only replaces textures, so it works with most other mods.
If another mod also changes billboard textures, put this mod higher in the load order.
