Once you have generated and downloaded your live_streams.sii file from the tool above, installation is very simple. Go to your computer's Documents folder and navigate to Documents \ Euro Truck Simulator 2 (or American Truck Simulator). Find the existing live_streams.sii file in this folder and replace it with the new one you just downloaded. Launch your game, open the in-game radio player (default key 'R'), and select the "Radio Streams" tab to enjoy your custom music on the road!
