Adapted and corrected from the ancient version of ETS2 (I don’t remember from which, but very ancient).
All trailers are equipped with permanent flashing warning lights.
Registered in Traffic.

Converted from Extreme Trucker 2:

I recommend switching to “All player trailers”.
