Lift Axle for SCS & Kassbohrer Container Trailer mod for ETS2.

Turns the first and third axle of the SCS & Kassbohrer contrainer trailer into lift axles
For 2 axle trailer it lifts the first axle.

Version 1.1:
Added 2 axle variant. Front wheel of the 2 axle variant is now liftable.
